Unlock your full potential and achieve your goals with personalized coaching

Welcome!

I've worked with leaders across industries and continents who have transformed their lives through coaching. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that honors your values and WHO you are.

My personal story

My journey to becoming a coach is rooted in my own experiences with addiction and recovery. Before getting sober in 2006, I was a high-functioning alcoholic. Though I didn't fit the stereotypical image of an addict – I never needed treatment and had no cravings once I stopped – I came to realize that my addiction was no less real or damaging.

In the early years of my sobriety, I found myself transferring my addictive patterns to romantic relationships, particularly with emotionally distant partners. This cycle of unhealthy attachment came to a head in 2012 when a long-term relationship ended, leaving me in a place of such deep pain that I wanted to die.

It was through therapy, trauma reduction work, coaching, and the support of recovery groups that I began to heal and transform. I learned to confront my past, understand my patterns, and develop new tools for building healthy, nurturing relationships – with others and with myself.

This journey of recovery and self-discovery ignited a passion in me to help others navigate similar challenges. Over the past 8 years, I've dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of coaching, earning certifications from renowned institutions and working with clients across the globe.

My approach to coaching is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a deep belief in the power of transformation. Whether you're navigating addiction, relationships, or any other area of personal growth, I'm here to support you in turning your pain into purpose and your past into a powerful foundation for your future.

Together, we'll create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your story, uncover your strengths, and design a life that aligns with your deepest values and desires. With compassion, wisdom, and a touch of humor, I'll be your guide and ally on this journey of self-discovery and growth.

How I Can Help You

Coaching Services: This is not therapy but a forward-looking approach that helps clients set and achieve their goals. Unlike most well-meaning friends and family who tend naturally toward advice, I will help you uncover solutions that are in-line with what you truly want.

Specialties:

  • Designing Your Life: A nuanced mix of art and science, this process empowers people in developing a conscious competency in life and vocational path. It's incredibly difficult to be effective at designing your life by yourself. With the exercises in the book Designing Your Life by Dave Evans and Bill Burnett and working with me as a certified coach in this method, you'll get positive outcomes. For example, I helped one client realize that he wasn’t ready to have a family, providing clarity and peace of mind in a major life decision.

  • Organization: People say I am extremely good at organization. I love productivity methodologies (GTD, PARA) and fine tuning time management. I've successfully helped clients break out of procrastination and develop more efficient work habits.

  • Personal Development: As a Tiny Habits Certified Coach, I help clients create automatic behaviors they want. Other areas include: leadership, values, standards, simplification, tolerations, boundaries, decision making, clean sweep, etc… One client, for instance, worked with me to identify and resolve communication issues with her boss, leading to a more positive and productive work environment.

While most of my clients are not in recovery, I do have experience working with individuals who are. My personal journey and training allow me to support clients navigating the unique challenges of recovery alongside other areas of personal growth.

Programs and Offerings

  • Individual Coaching: Typically, we will meet once every two weeks for a one-hour session for at least three months. I'll send you a prep form to complete before we meet, which will help me understand your situation and make our session as productive as possible.

  • Group Coaching: Our weekly ‘Restoring Real Relationships’ Sessions take place every Monday at 1 pm ET over Zoom. These sessions are to deepen long-term 12-step recovery. Together, we will explore and practice Tiny Habits that can help you navigate the complexities of building and maintaining meaningful relationships, including the most important one—the relationship with yourself.

  • The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. If you’re going through a crisis and you feel so overwhelmed you have trouble functioning, a therapist is often your best option.

Coaching is NOT about working through your past traumas. It’s about focusing on actionable steps to improve your life.

I am happy to work with your therapist to give you the best support you need.

  • Once we’ve established our working relationship, each session’s agenda is yours.

  • Unless otherwise organized, we shall meet on Zoom.

    1. You are creative, resourceful and whole and have the answer within.

    2. We change by feeling good and this includes feeling safe and non-judged.

    3. You, the client, creates the agenda.

    4. I'm not the expert. I won’t tell you what to do but will refer out and give you tools, if needed.

    5. Coaching is “in-vivo” not “in-vitro” and is present and future-action based.

  • Illegal activity, if required by law, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena; imminent or likely risk of danger to self or to others. Where I reasonably believe one of the above circumstances is applicable, I may need to inform appropriate authorities.

  • You’ll see if partnering with me could provide you with what you think you'll need to improve your performance and brain health.

Session is on Zoom, Google, or phone.

Space for you to think and process.

    Judgement-free zone.

    Confidentiality.

    No risk, no pressure.

    It's easy to book.
